2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. By using Teckologs you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to verify your age and identity.

You must provide accurate information. Identity verification (KYC) is required to access certain services. Providing false information is a violation of these terms and may result in account suspension and legal action.
4. Platform Role
Teckologs is a marketplace platform connecting customers with service providers. We are not a party to agreements made between users and providers. We do not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of any service listed. Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Teckologs.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By making a payment you agree to Stripe terms. Teckologs charges a platform fee on transactions. Refunds are subject to individual service provider policies and applicable Polish consumer law (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta).
6. Consumer Rights (EU / Poland)
If you are a consumer (not acting in a professional capacity), you have rights under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the Polish Consumer Rights Act. This includes a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain services where applicable. Services that have already commenced with your explicit consent may not be eligible for withdrawal.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Polish law, Teckologs is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. This does not limit liability for personal injury, fraud, or matters where limitation is prohibited by law.
